Getting your winnings out should be as simple as putting money in. At BigDrago Casino we approve withdrawal requests during the same day, charge no fees of our own, and send e-wallet payouts within two hours of approval. This guide covers every method, the limits that apply and the few rules worth knowing before you request your first cash-out.
All amounts are in pounds sterling, and withdrawals are available only to players whose accounts are fully verified.
Withdrawal methods and payout times
| Method | Minimum | Time after approval | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa / Mastercard debit | £10 | 1–3 working days | Debit cards only |
| PayPal | £10 | Within 2 hours | Must be in your name |
| Skrill / Neteller | £10 | Within 2 hours | Must be in your name |
| Revolut | £10 | Same day | |
| Rapid Transfer (open banking) | £10 | Same day | Paid to your bank account |
| Apple Pay | £10 | 1–3 days | Paid to the linked debit card |
| Paysafecard | n/a | Deposits only | Choose another method to withdraw |
Card and Apple Pay times depend partly on your bank, which is why they can take one to three working days once we have sent the payment. E-wallets are usually the quickest route.
Requesting a withdrawal
- Log in and open the Cashier, then select Withdraw.
- Choose your method. Only methods you have deposited with will appear.
- Enter the amount, from a minimum of £10.
- Confirm the request. You will see it in your transaction history straight away.
Withdrawal limits
- Minimum withdrawal: £10 per request.
- Maximum per day: £5,000.
- Maximum per month: £20,000.
If you win more than these limits, the balance stays safely in your account and is paid out in instalments within the limits. Our support team can explain the schedule for larger wins.
Bonus funds and withdrawals
If you have an active bonus, such as the welcome offer of 150% up to £750 plus 150 Free Spins, the bonus funds and any winnings from them become withdrawable once the 10x wagering requirement is complete. Cash you deposited yourself can always be withdrawn, though doing so before wagering is finished will forfeit the active bonus. Weekly cashback of 10% up to £200 is paid with no wagering, so you can withdraw it straight away.
Closed-loop payments
UK rules and our own anti-fraud policy mean withdrawals go back to the method you used to deposit. This is known as a closed loop. In practice:
- If you deposited by debit card, your withdrawal returns to that card, up to the amount you deposited. Any winnings above that go to another verified method in your name, such as a bank transfer via Rapid Transfer.
- If you deposited with PayPal, Skrill, Neteller or Revolut, your withdrawal goes back to that same account.
- If you used more than one method, we return funds to each in proportion to what you deposited.
- Paysafecard cannot receive withdrawals, so you will be asked to add another method in your own name.
Your first withdrawal
Before your first withdrawal we need your account to be fully verified. For most players the automatic check at registration covers this, but we may ask for proof of identity, proof of address or, for larger sums, evidence of source of funds. Manual reviews are completed within 24 hours and usually much faster. Our KYC guide lists exactly which documents we accept and how to upload them first time.
Completing verification as soon as you register means your first payout is not held up later.
Pending, cancelling and fees
Pending status
Our pending period is zero hours. There is no deliberate waiting window: our payments team reviews and approves requests during the same day. While a request is being reviewed it shows as “Processing” in your transaction history. Once approved, its status changes to “Paid” and the timings in the table above apply.
If a withdrawal is taking longer than expected, the most common reasons are an outstanding verification document, a method mismatch or a bank holiday delaying a card payment. Our troubleshooting guide explains how to resolve each one.
Cancelling a withdrawal
You can cancel a request while it is still processing by opening Cashier > Transactions and selecting Cancel. The money returns to your balance immediately. Once a payment has been sent it can no longer be cancelled. If you find yourself regularly reversing withdrawals to keep playing, consider setting a deposit or loss limit, or speak to our safer-gambling team.
Fees
We do not charge any fees on withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own charges, for example for currency conversion if your account is not in pounds, so check their terms if you are unsure.
